Requirements:

  • With a Bachelor’s Degree Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Advertising/Media, Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism
  • At least 1 year of working experience in this related for this field
  • Effective communicator both spoken and written especially in the English language
  • Extroverted, agile, highly creative, persistent and research-oriented
  • Highly motivated and can work with minimal supervision
  • With a great degree of objectivity and interact with a variety of stakeholders from outside the organization
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Basic Microsoft Applications
  • Must have a good network and is willing to create deep rapport towards the media
  • Must be willing to work in Semi-startup Company based in Balintawak, Quezon City
  • Willing to work extra hours on occasions
  • Willing to do field work and use public transportation
  • 1 full time position available
  • Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

  • Generate weekly reports that tracks the progress of company and personal relations towards media personnel
  • Create briefs for media appearances
  • Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as press releases, event support materials and brochures creating company literature. Presenting of PR Ideas and story angles for media to pick up to the General Manager
  • Media Relations and Publicity
    Approach, forge and maintain connections to traditional media personalities, bloggers, and social media influencers for chances to have media appearances
  • Company Literature
    Main researcher and writer for social media and website content for Search Engine Optimization boost
  • Write and publish post-event articles towards the website
  • Create and maintain company’s PR branding – ensures that PR campaign activities are aligned with approved marketing and corporate strategies
  • Creator and Editor for marketing materials and collaterals

Marketing Communications

  • Lead and/or assistance in the execution of digital programs and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with outsourced social media and public relations agencies at times
  • Assistance in events participation with the Marketing and Sales team
  • Generate various reports such as media monitoring, online community engagement amongst others
  • Contribute to the team’s efforts in creating, developing and executing highly effective marketing communication campaigns
  • Conduct relevant research studies as necessary
